Starting July 24th, realtor fees will no longer be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Instead, these fees will be detailed exclusively in the listing agreement between the seller and their agent. This change is designed to enhance clarity and ensure that you, as a seller, understand all financial aspects of the agreement before deciding to list your property with an agent.
